Everyone was new once. No gatekeeping, no mocking people for asking questions and keep arguments about the gear, not the person.
No unsolicited pitching
Don't slide into channels promoting your product or service. If you have something genuinely useful to share, check with the team first.
Keep it in the right channel
Job posts, gig ads and self-promotion live in their own channels, not in the help channels.
No show leaks
What happens on site stays on site. No sharing confidential designs, setlists or client details.
